Hold onto your hats and don't blink an eye! Gordon Russ, magician to the world, is coming to Orion Township Public Library! Gather the kids and prepare to be amazed. Gordon and his trusty sidekick, George the Raccoon, have traveled the globe in search of smiles, laughs, and fun. But this time, instead of China, England, Israel, Japan, or Australia, Gordon is bringing his unique brand of illusion right to the Orion Township Library.
After this show we will conduct the grand prize drawing to mark the end of summer reading!

Fizz, Boom, Read! is a free reading incentive program offered by the Orion Township Public Library for children who are entering kindergarten through 5th grade in the fall.

To sign up, click on the "sign me up" button. Create a user name and password. Make your password an easy word to remember - like "library"!

Decide if you want to keep track of the number of hours OR the number of books you read. After you choose to count hours OR books, then, read! Read anything you want, anywhere you want! Remember, audiobooks count, too - listening is a great way to enjoy a good book!

Log your reading online, and earn prizes for 10, 20, and 30 hours of reading or for 5, 10, and 15 books.

Come to the Youth Services Department to claim your prize and stock up on more great books, magazines, movies, audiobooks and more!

First goal prizes will be available beginning June 11.
Second goal prizes will be available beginning June 25.
Third goal prizes will be available beginning July 16.
Remember, part of your third goal prize is entrance into our grand prize drawing, so keep reading!
