Volunteer Coordinator

Lori graduated from Chrysler Institute of Engineering with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.  She has been with the library since 2005 and as the Volunteer Coordinator, she is responsible for recruiting, placement and training of teens, adults and special needs volunteers.  In her spare time Lori enjoys golfing, Zumba, reading the latest James Patterson novel,  and spending weekends up north.  She enjoys living in Lake Orion with her son who is a junior at Lake Orion High School and is proud to be  part of such a great team at the Orion Township Public Library!

Becky Bolin

Community Relations Specialist

Becky is a Advertising and Public Relations major and graduate of Michigan State University. Her job at the library is to be the communications link to the community through marketing and public relations. She enjoys reading, scrapbooking, photography, traveling and spending time with her family.

Head of Adult Services

Beth graduated from The Ohio State University and Indiana University, and has been a librarian since 2003. She enjoys spending time out of doors, especially biking, hiking, and camping, and she of course loves to read!

Alice has an undergraduate degree in English and Spanish from Butler University and is a graduate of Wayne State University's School of Library and Information Science. She enjoys reading contemporary fiction, spending time with her family, watching quirky television, and is not ashamed to admit that she loves playing video games.

Kathleen Kozlowski

Teen Services Librarian

Kathleen graduated form Oakland University with her Bachelor's Degree in Management and Minor in Marketing. She got her Master's Degree from Wayne State University with a concentration on teen services. Kathleen enjoys reading teen fiction as well as manga. In her free time she likes running. cycling and and spending time with friends and family.

Gina Crowther

Outreach Coordinator

Gina received her Bachelor's Degree from Eastern Michigan University and her Master's Degree from Wayne State University. She enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and playing board games. As Outreach Coordinator, Gina oversees all of the outreach programs and works to bring library services to those who otherwise would not use the Library. She is always exploring new avenues and ways to share the Library with the Orion Community.

Jill graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Safety with a concentration in nutrition/dietetics. Jill enjoys reading science fiction, fantasy, mystery thrillers, contemporary fiction and a good romance or biography to mix it up. Besides having a green thumb, she plays adult soccer, bikes, and hikes. As Outreach Services Clerk, she brings library services and programs (literally) to the community.

Outreach Assistant (Orion Center Library)

Delores is the Outreach Assistant in charge of the Orion Center Library branch.  She has been the face of the Orion Township Public Library at the Senior Center, and now the Orion Center, since 2000.  She checks books in and out, schedules seniors for computer classes, leads the Orion History Coffee Hour, and makes everyone who comes to the Orion Center Branch Library feel welcome and comfortable.  Delores has seven children, ten grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren!

Anne has a Bachelor’s degree in History and a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Wayne State University.  Anne manages the software for the library circulation system.  She likes to read sci-fi, fantasy, mysteries, action/adventure and romance novels.  In her free time she likes to cook and travel, especially to the National Parks and historic sites.

Steve is an (admittedly poorly read) English major and graduate of WSU's School of Library & Information Science. His job is to make the library's website, online catalog, calendar and other online tools easy to use and nice to look at. When not hiding out in his office, you might find him at the Adult Reference Desk.

Brad Reuter

Cataloging Librarian

Brad received his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. He double majored in film/video studies and biological anthropology. He received his master's degree in library science with a concentration in organization of information. In addition to providing reference services, he is the library's cataloger. Brad enjoys reading light fiction, humorous nonfiction and personal narratives. He also enjoys gardening, playing pickleball and watching baseball.

Judi has been with the library since 1998, starting off as the part time computer technician before the Information Technology department was created. She has two sons that grew up attending library programs and volunteering here, making the Orion Township Public Library their home away from home. Judi is a big fan of audio books.

      Martha received her Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in comparative religion and anthropology from Dickinson College, PA.   She studied abroad for a year in Wales, UK before obtaining  her Master’s Degree in library science from Rutgers University, NJ.  In addition to Michigan, she has worked as a librarian in Utah and Ohio.  In her spare time, Martha enjoys working on her farm with her horses and other animals.
