Library Cards
Materials can be checked out by anyone with a current library card from the Orion Township Public Library. Orion Township residents may apply for a library card in person or online.
- Residents 18 years and older must show proof of address.
- Minors must have their applications signed by a parent or legal guardian. Proof of address or proof of address for the parent or legal guardian signing the application is required.
- There is a replacement fee of $1.00 for lost or damaged cards.
- Borrowing privileges will be suspended for patrons with fees exceeding $10.00 or lost items.
Materials can also be checked out by anyone with a current library card from any Library Network (TLN) member library or the Troy Public Library (TPL). TLN and TPL member patrons must present their home library card and proof of address before items can be checked out.

Payment for lost items or damaged can be made in person at the Circulation Desk using cash, check or credit card. Credit card payments can also be made online with your library barcode and library pin number (usually the last 4 digits of your phone number).
