Individual Study & Small Group Meeting Rooms

The Orion Township Public Library has two individual study / small group meeting rooms.  Study Room 1 can accommodate up to 4 people.  Study Room 2 can accommodate up to 6 people.

Please Note: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your Study Room reservation, your reservation may be cancelled to make room for other patrons.

Meeting Rooms / Youth Activity Room / James Ingram Room for Organized Groups and Civic Organizations

The Orion Township Public Library has meeting areas available to certain groups as detailed in the policy below.

  • The main Meeting Room is divided into two sections, each seating 75 people theater style, or 200 if both sections are used.
  • The James Ingram Room can accommodate up to 35 people.
  • The Youth Activity Room is currently not available for rental.

Users must create an account. This online account will be used to place, edit, and cancel reservations as well as view reservation status and manage organization memberships.

Fees are automatically assessed when a reservation request is made. If fees are not appropriate, they will be waived by library staff during the approval process.

The Orion Library has established a set of local organizations. If you are a member of one of these organizations, you may request membership status from your account dashboard or during the room reservation request process.
