Approved payment of bills in the amount of $190,023.48 and payrolls of $101,755.30. Total disbursement of funds of $291,778.78.

Approved Minutes, Regular Meeting, Monday, April 5, 2010.

Approved Solicitation Request:  Seventh-Day Adventist Church Missionary Work.

Approved Street Closure Request:  Mt. Rainier Dr. Block Party.

Awarded Fire Station Architectural Services Bid to French Associates, Inc.

Approved OCSD Marine Division Agreement.

Approved Final Stonegate Consent Judgment.

Adopted 2010 Earth Day Resolution.

Denied Lions Club Fireworks Display Request.

Approved Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments Cost Proposal at a cost not to exceed $6500.

Held Executive Session to Discuss Clerical Union Negotiations.

Rescinded Furlough Days and authorize reimbursement to affected employees.
